The customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery site is accessible for concrete trucks and that proper personnel are present at the time of delivery. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by site conditions beyond our control.
12. Jobsite Access
The customer is responsible for ensuring safe and adequate access to the delivery site for concrete mixer trucks. This includes maintaining clear pathways, appropriate ground conditions, and complying with any applicable regulations for vehicle access. Any damage to trucks or equipment caused by unsafe site conditions may be the responsibility of the customer.
13. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate project information, ensuring site readiness prior to delivery, having adequate personnel for concrete placement and finishing, and complying with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations related to the use of concrete and construction materials.
14. Quantity Estimates
Concrete calculator tools and quantity estimates provided on this website are for planning purposes only and should be verified by the customer or a qualified professional before ordering. The Company is not liable for material shortages or overages resulting from customer-supplied measurements or estimates.
15. Product Availability
Material availability is subject to supply conditions, production capacity, and other operational factors. The Company will communicate any material availability issues as promptly as possible but cannot guarantee the availability of all products at all times.
16. Pricing

22. Changes to Orders
Order changes must be communicated to the Company as early as possible. The ability to accommodate order changes depends on production and delivery status at the time of the change request. Changes may affect pricing and scheduling.
23. Delivery Delays
The Company will make reasonable efforts to meet confirmed delivery schedules. However, delays may occur due to traffic, equipment issues, weather, road conditions, or other factors. The Company is not liable for damages resulting from delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
24. Weather Conditions
Deliveries may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled due to severe weather conditions including but not limited to hurricanes, tropical storms, flooding, or extreme weather events. The Company will communicate weather-related delivery changes as promptly as possible.
25. Site Conditions
The Company reserves the right to decline or abort delivery if site conditions are deemed unsafe for delivery personnel or equipment. This includes but is not limited to unstable ground, inadequate access, unsafe structures, or hazardous conditions.
26. Material Acceptance
Once concrete or materials have been delivered and accepted at the jobsite, the customer assumes responsibility for proper handling, placement, and use. Claims regarding material quality must be made promptly at the time of delivery or within the timeframe specified in our claims policy.
27. Concrete Handling
Ready-mix concrete has a limited working time after batching. The customer is responsible for having adequate personnel and equipment for timely placement and finishing. The Company is not responsible for concrete quality issues resulting from delays in placement after delivery.
28. Customer-Supplied Information
The Company relies on information provided by the customer for order processing, quantity estimation, and delivery coordination. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted. The Company is not liable for errors resulting from inaccurate customer-supplied information.
29. Third-Party Contractors
The Company is not responsible for the work, actions, or omissions of third-party contractors, subcontractors, or other parties involved in the customer’s project. Our responsibility is limited to the supply and delivery of materials as agreed.
30. Intellectual Property
